Implementation of Tri Hita Karana in Increasing Guest Satisfaction at Movenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali

This research aims to analyze the influence and efforts of implementation Tri Hita Karana in increasing guest satisfaction at Movenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali. Data collection methods used are observation questionnaires. The number respondents this study amounted 75 samples guests staying overnight one key informant using incidental sampling method. data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. Before analysis, validity reliability tests were conducted on questionnaires distributed respondents. Based results t-test that has been carried out, it concluded independent variable partially a negative two variables have positive t-count evidence this> t-table, namely Parahyangan (-2.370) greater than t-table (-1.667), Pawongan (4,242) (1,667), Palemahan (4,508) (1,667). F-test, three simultaneously significant effect. It evidenced by significance value F 0.000 <0.05.
